My package showed up way later than it should have, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. it made me wonder what was going on with it because there was basically no information until it finally arrived

I reached out with a few simple questions, but the replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like no one was taking the issue seriously or cared enough to follow up properly. The whole thing was frustrating, and after wasting this much time, I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a real effort to make it right.

for the price I can’t really complain, it does what I needed it to do and I feel like I got my money’s worth so yeah, it was worth it for me.

I ordered through resqmestudio.com and overall it was a easy experience. There were just a couple of moments during checkout where I wasn’t totally sure I had everything right, so I went back and double-checked my details before paying. It all worked out fine in the end, though. I think the process could be a little smoother or more straightforward, but it wasn’t a big issue.

In my experience, Resqme Studio just didn’t leave a great impression. The whole process felt kind of disorganized, and personally, I didn’t get the sense that things were being handled very professionally.

Communication was probably the most frustrating part for me. Replies took longer than I expected, and I didn’t always feel like my questions were being answered clearly, so I ended up repeating myself a few times.

Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me, it didn’t feel very reliable. I was expecting a more basic level of professionalism, it fell short...

Maybe I should’ve planned ahead a bit more, but the turnaround ended up taking much longer than they originally promised. I was really counting on it being done on time, so it was frustrating.

I thought resqmestudio.com was going to deliver something a lot better. What I got back just didn’t match what I felt I was paying for, and the final result looked far from what I had in mind.
It felt rushed, like someone just pushed it through to mark it as done. The frustrating part is that they seem to lean on little policy loopholes to explain why certain things don’t count as issues or why they’re not really responsible for fixing them properly.

Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine left me annoyed and disappointed. For the price, I expected more care and polish, and I definitely wouldn’t use them again...

I ordered because they made it sound like customization was totally doable, which was cute considering how limited the options actually were. The final design still didn’t really match what I asked for, even after I explained the same thing more than once. The changes also took way longer than expected, so that was fun. For the price, I expected a lot better. Not thrilled with this custom order.

The first draft wasn’t really what I had pictured, so I asked them to make some changes. To be fair, they did work on the revisions and tried to fix things, but it ended up taking more back and forth than I thought it would.

The final result was okay, definitely not terrible, but the whole process felt a bit slow. Overall it was a decent service, I just REALLY wish the revision process had been smoother.
